The London Fire Brigade, in partnership with Westfield Stratford City and Newham Council, will open the Newham Safety Centre – a dedicated space offering free fire safety and emergency preparedness advice.
The Newham Safety Centre will operate for one week as a drop-in hub for visitors. The initiative brings together key emergency services – including the Metropolitan Police Service and London Ambulance Service – to provide expert guidance on staying safe at home and in the community.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to engage directly with the public in a high-footfall location,” said a spokesperson for London Fire Brigade. “We’re encouraging everyone to stop by, ask questions, and take home practical advice that could save lives.” The centre will offer:
